You need to take care of yourself during this period by doing things that will help you stay calm and focused on studying. So here are some tips:


Create a study schedule.


Making a study schedule is important because it will keep you on track, help you plan your time, and make sure that you have enough time to study. You can create a schedule that works for you by making sure that there are no days when you don't do any studying. Try to study in the same place every time so that it becomes familiar, comfortable and productive. It also helps if the place is quiet so that distractions aren't an issue when completing assignments and tasks.


Create the right environment


The first step in preparing for your exams is to create the right environment. Here are some tips to help you get started:


Find a quiet, comfortable place to study. If possible, pick a spot away from distraction and with plenty of light so that you can see what’s going on in front of you.


Turn off your phone and other distractions (or at least put them as far away from where you’re studying as possible). You don’t want someone calling or texting while reading over material; this will only keep your mind on something other than what needs to be studied at the moment.


Make sure there is enough space for all of the materials that need to be accessed during this process (notes, books/articles/etc.).

to take breaks while studying - not only does this give time for thoughts/ideas envisioned during study sessions time without distraction allowing them into long term memory storage areas more effectively than constantly thinking about something over an extended period which just leads nowhere fast but also helps prevent burnout by helping prevent mental fatigue which could lead towards frustration with oneself which erodes confidence leading towards poor performance during exams/tests--you see where this is going?


Limit your distractions/noise

This may seem counterintuitive for some students who think that listening to music would be helpful when trying to concentrate, but this is not always the case. 

While some types of music can help improve concentration (like classical), other genres are more likely to distract you from your work like rock or hip hop songs that use strong beats and rhythm which can make it hard for your mind to relax while studying complex cognitive tasks such as reading or solving mathematics problems.

If there's any way possible try turning off all electronics including TV’s phones etc because these things will also distract us from our academics.


Prepare for the worst-case scenario.

Prepare for the worst-case scenario. The worst case scenario is when you will fail your exams and not pass this semester. But that does not mean that you cannot do anything about it. You can still prepare for it and make sure that if it happens, you will have a plan B ready! What would be your next step if you do not pass? How are you going to cope up with this situation? What will happen to your future? How can we avoid this from happening again in another semester or year? These questions need answers so that we can have an alternative plan finally when things go wrong.


Consider some relative subjects


Relative subjects are the ones that you have studied in your previous classes. If you have some relative subjects, then it will be easy for you to prepare for the final exams. Here are some tips to consider relative subject:


First of all, try to do a summary of what you have learned about these topics in previous chapters;


Second of all, read those chapters and try to understand the topic again;


Thirdly, make sure that you also revise things related with these topics so that it can help you during your preparation.
